There is no one
"correct" answer to this question. A dog can receive a
healthy and nutritious diet from either dry or wet food.
Dry food is more economical, plus it offers the
advantage of combating the development of plaque on a
dog's teeth. Dogs that are fed dry food diets tend to
have smaller and neater stools than those that are given
wet food. Dry food also takes longer to spoil when left
in a bowl for dogs that are free feeders. The advantages
of wet food are that it provides added water to dogs who
may not drink enough, and it’s very palatable to finicky
eaters.
Pet
Supplies "Plus" stocks a variety of quality dry and wet
dog foods.
