Pet Supplies Plus Rewards Update

You asked. We listened.

Starting April 1: We’re refreshing our Rewards program for the better!

Stop missing out on saving money. We’re now automatically converting your Rewards points into Rewards coupons for you. We do all the work; you get all the savings!

+ Whenever you have enough Rewards points, we’ll automatically issue and email you a Rewards coupon* (up to $10) at the beginning of the month.

+ Your Rewards coupon will be valid for 30 days, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your savings!

+ $5, $10, $15 and $20 Rewards are still available by manually redeeming your points in the Rewards dashboard.

+ You’ll continue to earn a $5 Reward for every 1,000 points.

+ If you accidentally delete your automatically issued email, you can get a copy of that month’s coupon from your Rewards dashboard.

As part of our Rewards refresh, we’ll also be retiring our Product and Service Rewards programs. By doing so, we’re paving the way for even more exciting opportunities to earn Rewards points in the future.

+ Now through 12/31/25, current Rewards members can keep making purchases that earn “punches” toward Service and Product Rewards.

+ Please make your final purchase for Service and Product Rewards by 12/31/25. This is the last day to meet eligibility requirements for these specific Rewards.

+ You’ll now receive updates on your Service and Product Rewards progress by email only. They’ll no longer be tracked on your Rewards dashboard.
